Window modal dialogs are shown as sheets on Mac, reusing them is showing
some painting artificats. So make sure we create a new window everytime
a sheet is shown. This only applies to Carbon, the Cocoa versions dont
have this problem.

If one opens a menu with a submenu, the submenu will be shown at a
wrong position on screen. The reason is that upon show, the top menu
will be centered on screen. But the child menu will be shown first, and
tries to center of the parent that has not yet been shown. So moving the
top menu upon show will fool the subwindow.
This patch will move the center code into the setGeometry_sys function
so that any resize on the window before it has been shown will re-center
the window correctly.

When calling QApplication::setOverrideCursor() and then showing a modal
dialog, the parent window of the dialog reverts to the default cursor.
At this point the parent window is in a disabled state, Windows uses the
default cursor for the class. We need to override this behavior by
handling WM_SETCURSOR.

We have avoided doing so up till now, since we cannot always
know if we will be able to use it. If some 3rd-party application
creates NSApplication before Qt, our subclass will never be
used (because of the singleton pattern that NSApplication follows).
However, in most cases, Qt will be used in standalone applications,
or the 3rd-party application will not subclass NSApplication. And
in those cases, we can make certain functionallity more robust.

If you use the menu bar for a window to open up
another window woth no menu bar, the first menu bar
stays highlighted once it is set as current again.
The reason is that we remove the first menu bar before
cocoa gets a chance to update it correctly. This patch
implements a system for us to post a message/call to
cocoa, so we delay removing the toolbar until after
cocoa has finished closing it properly.
NB: Rather than posting the call to a window on screen, it
would have been better and safer to post it no window, and
then receive the event in the event handler of NSApplication.
But for the moment, we have decided not to subclass NSApplication...

A couple of improvements have been made:
* Use single precision floats for the traces.
* Reduce the number of variant wrapped transforms by introducing a new
translate command.
* Reduce the number of bytes streamed per image / pixmap draw command.
* Add versioning info to qttrace files to be more future proof.

When clearing the focus on an item, the focus was previously passed to
the closest parent focus scope (if any). But the focus should go to the
closest parent focus scope only if the item being cleared of the focus
is itself a focus scope. This incorrect behavior leaded to invalid
pointers in QGraphicsItem under specific circumstances, eventually
leading to a crash when destroying the item.

The bug happened when a paint event came in from Symbian, but the
painted area was bigger than the exposed rect being passed in by
Symbian. In these cases we would lose updates to the area outside.
Fixed by calling Draw() once more if we detect that we painted a
larger area to the backing store.
It is still a mystery why this worked on 5.0 though... :-P

Very recent change for QS60Style breaks compilation of the style for
3.1. This is due to that style refers to a skin item ID that is not
existing on 3.1 environment. Fixed by referring to the skin ID with
its internal values.

Fix for QTBUG-7258 make itemview margins larger. This broke the
treeviews visually, as indicators are not shown in correct places.
Now, indocators are placed correctly for treeviews as well.

Fix for QTBUG-8193 introduced a new enum value into s60style.
Unfortunately, the comma after the value didn't make it into the fix
itself. Adding the comma to allow compilation of style.

QS60Style uses non-square area for scrollbar end graphics areas. It
then tries to scale the areas to make them look like native graphics
(and keeps the width-height ratio), thus squeezing them.
Change style so that scrollbar end areas are squares, just like in
native graphics they are.

When Drag-n-Dropping elements in itemviews QS60Style draws drop area
as a black rect. Change this so that native graphics are used instead.
This change only affects touch-devices as non-touch 3.x devices
do not have the native graphics defined. In 3.x non-touch devices,
style still uses QCommonStyle to draw the DropArea.

Currently style does not forbid scrollbar context menu, so by default
long pressing over the scrollbar widget shows the context menu. This is
not according to 'S60-style', so from now on the stylehint
SH_ScrollBar_ContextMenu returns false.

Making the size of the glyph cache a power of two can potentially
have performance benefits on hardware accelerated graphics systems.
Since it will also decrease the number of times the cache has to be
copied, and therefore implies a speed-up for all paint engines, it has
been implemented for all of them in general.

Make the API more general and more readable by using a PerformanceHint
enum instead of an on/off-trigger for the OpenGL-specific caching.
