In change 889e13652e00ba64060e7b62ed3377ea04d44faa we employed usage
of artificial emboldening of fonts with FreeType when a bold variant
of the font does not exist. This introduced a regression for monospaced
fonts, where the contract says that all glyphs must be the same width.
Since the artificial emboldening algorithm does not support this
contract, it has been turned off for monospaced fonts, reverting to
the old behavior for this particular class of fonts.

This is part two of the fix for issue QTBUG-9913.
This corrects the left margin of the ComboBox menu to start from the
left screen border (for LetToRight UI Layout), instead of having small
margin.

This is part two of the fix.
This fix makes the menu item to be layoutted always with space reserved
for checkbox indicator, even if the menu item is not having one
(just like native side). Also, the right and left "gap areas"
(between menu border and menu item highlight) match the native side
more closely now. There is still some difference if using QMenu
(instead of QComboBoxListView), since we can't just ignore margin
set from widget.
Also, the Sym^3 "separator lines" are now started from correct position.
Finally, the menu item height now matches the native side.

using a simple line graphic with theme color and alpha values

introduce a QTextOption API. This will allow you to, e.g., set an
alignment for the text layout. Patch also contains a couple of bug fixes
to make right alignment work correctly when you set a text width on
the QStaticText.

QTextDocument had no way of storing the cursor position from which
a document change was initiated in the undo stack. That means that
any undo operation would reposition the text cursor to the text
position where the actual change happened. This works in many cases,
but not always.
In Qt Creator we have standard IDE shortcuts like e.g.
Ctrl+Return for InsertLineBelowCurrentLine, which insert a newline
at the end of the current line, not at the cursor position. Using
undo there resulted in a surprisingly wrong cursor position.
The problem becomes worse with more advanced refactoring and
productivity tools (like snippets).
The patch creates a synthetic CursorMoved undo item with the position
which was current at the time of calling QTextCursor::beginEditBlock(),
but only if necesary, i.e. only in those cases where the cursor would
be positioned wrongly.

If a QGLWidget is left on the heap when the QApplication destructor is
called, it will leave the QGLWidget in a broken state.
The widget itself is released and set to a non-created state,
which the associated QGLContext doesn't get notified about.
With this patch the QGLWidget knows when QWidget::destroy() is called
and can act acordingly.

Problem was that we didn't take the children's effective mask
into account when checking whether a point was inside or not.
This commit is also an optimization since we no longer check the point
against the widget's rect twice. Furthermore, unnecessary
QRegion operations are completely avoided in the common case.

Some functions were marked with Q_DECL_IMPORT where they should just be
Q_CORE_EXPORT. The reason is that this macro is expanded to nothing in
case of static builds whereas Q_DECL_IMPORT isn't (it is a dllimport).
That leads the linker to try to import it and it shouldn't.

QComboMenuDelegate claims that all combobox menu items should be
checkable even if they aren't. In all the other styles, it has been
circumvented in the style code that this particular setting from
QComboMenuDelegate is ignored. :)
Adding the same workaround to QS60Style as well.
