When calling QApplication::setOverrideCursor() and then showing a modal
dialog, the parent window of the dialog reverts to the default cursor.
At this point the parent window is in a disabled state, Windows uses the
default cursor for the class. We need to override this behavior by
handling WM_SETCURSOR.

We have avoided doing so up till now, since we cannot always
know if we will be able to use it. If some 3rd-party application
creates NSApplication before Qt, our subclass will never be
used (because of the singleton pattern that NSApplication follows).
However, in most cases, Qt will be used in standalone applications,
or the 3rd-party application will not subclass NSApplication. And
in those cases, we can make certain functionallity more robust.

If you use the menu bar for a window to open up
another window woth no menu bar, the first menu bar
stays highlighted once it is set as current again.
The reason is that we remove the first menu bar before
cocoa gets a chance to update it correctly. This patch
implements a system for us to post a message/call to
cocoa, so we delay removing the toolbar until after
cocoa has finished closing it properly.
NB: Rather than posting the call to a window on screen, it
would have been better and safer to post it no window, and
then receive the event in the event handler of NSApplication.
But for the moment, we have decided not to subclass NSApplication...

Segoe UI, which is the default ui font on Windows 7, contains the glyph
for a single character in the thai unicode range. This is thus detected
as supporting the Thai script even though it only contains this one
character, and as a result all thai text would appear as boxes on
Windows 7 unless you changed the font. The patch is a temporary hack
to work around the problem until a proper fix can be made.

This basicaly replaces display(), openDisplay() & defaultDisplay()
methods with a single display() and nativeDisplay(), the latter
being implemented in the platform-specific files and everything
else being cross-platform code.

QGraphicsItem
After propagating QEvent::TouchBegin, if there is no item that has
accepted and handled the event, we must remove the touch point from our
data structures.
In this situation, QGraphicsScene will ignore the TouchBegin, as will
QGraphicsView, and QApplication will respond by not sending any more
touch events to the view/scene/item. This means our logic for handling
TouchPointReleased points will never be called (and the QGraphicsScene's
itemForTouchPointId and sceneCurrentTouchPoints state will be
incorrect).

When available, use SSE2 to blend images, computation is
done on 4 pixels at the time instead of 1 with MMX.
Performance improvements:
- Blending ARGB32 on RGB32/ARGB32, mostly opaque: 188%
- Blending ARGB32 on RGB32/ARGB32, no opaque pixels: 180%
- Blending ARGB32 on RGB32/ARGB32, with 0.5 opacity: 187%
- Blending RGB32 on RGB32/ARGB32, with 0.5 opacity: 206%

When debugging or benchmarking changes in QtCore / QtGui, it is
inconvenient to reinstall the whole of Qt.
This allows 'make sis' to generate a partial upgrade sis files,
which can be installed on top of an existing Qt installation.
This relies on binary compatibility, so you should be using def files.
Self-signed partial upgrade can only install on top of self-signed Qt.

* Use single precision floats for the traces.
* Reduce the number of variant wrapped transforms by introducing a new
translate command.
* Reduce the number of bytes streamed per image / pixmap draw command.

When clearing the focus on an item, the focus was previously passed to
the closest parent focus scope (if any). But the focus should go to the
closest parent focus scope only if the item being cleared of the focus
is itself a focus scope. This incorrect behavior leaded to invalid
pointers in QGraphicsItem under specific circumstances, eventually
leading to a crash when destroying the item.
