This method was added to support e.g. HTTP OPTIONS (needed by Webkit);
rather than adding one method for each of those exotic verbs, there is
now a generic version for all.

QHttpNetworkRequest and other classes already knew about the
priority. Change QNetworkRequest to export this as API. It
will be used in WebKit to tag high priority html, javascript
and css files as such.

Added setOriginatingObject() and originatingObject() to QNetworkRequest
that internally tracks the QObject using a QWeakPointer.

New output that tells if a QNetworkReply was retrieved by using
HTTP pipelining.
The demo browser now shows some (debug) output about usage of cache,
pipelining and SSL.

HTTP Pipelining should improve the performance of HTTP requests
for high latency network links. Since some servers/proxies could
have problems with it, it is disabled by default.
Set the HttpPipeliningAllowed attribute of a QNetworkRequest
to enable it for that request.
