The PowerVR screen driver was using QTransformedScreen::tranformation()
which is in a class that is Q_AUTOTEST_EXPORT. That means that it would
only work with a developer build. This contributed patch changes it to
QScreen::transformOrientation() instead which is Q_GUI_EXPORT.

When QGLWidget was used as a viewport for QGraphicsView on PowerVR/MBX
systems, it was double-flushing every frame because the window surface
flush() implementation was still trying to do a raster blit after painting.
This change suppresses the raster blit, leaving it up to the GL
swapBuffers() call to get the painted contents onto the screen.

When QGLWidget was used as a viewport for QGraphicsView, it was
still treating the window surface as RGB16. Use the screen's actual
pixel format.
Also ensure that PvrEglWindowSurface::image() returns a non-null
QImage if the drawable hasn't been created yet.

The pvr2d.h/wsegl.h headers we ship with Qt (in src/3rdparty/powervr)
are meant for the PowerVR SGX. However, we use an MBX-specific define in
the powervr driver.

Allow setting of a QMAKE_INCDIR_POWERVR in the mkspec to specify where the
pvr2d.h & wsegl.h files are located. Set to src/3rdparty/powervr to use
the headers distributed with Qt (for SGX-based SoCs).

The PowerVR driver on Qt for Embedded Linux needs to use Imagination
Techologies' proprietary pvr2d & wsegl APIs. These are the headers for
those APIs, allowing the powervr driver to be built. Ideally, these
headers would be provided as part of the SDK supplied by chipset vendors.
For now, we include these headers to let people get going with the
driver.
Licence headers were approved by legal for inclusion into Qt, after some
negotiation with ImgTec (who have also approved their inclusion into
Qt). The headers have also passed a scan by Talko, provided the licence
headers aren't touched.

Some PowerVR chipsets are unstable if mmap/PVR2DMemWrap is used to map
screen 0 instead of using PVR2DGetFrameBuffer. This change makes the
driver use PVR2DGetFrameBuffer for screen 0 and mmap/PVR2DMemWrap for
all other screens.

surface. It was "tempSurface" when it should have been -1.

The QT_QWS_CLIENTBLIT and QT_NO_QWS_CURSOR defines must be supplied
or the direct paint regions used by the PowerVR driver won't work.
