Due to somewhat questionable .pro-file flagging, the plugin is not
currently compiled at all for latest Sym^3 environments.
Flagging is now more bulletproof (not 3.1 & not 3.2), so even if the
upcoming platform versions change, this should work in the future.

Currently tactile feedback is not given for QWidgets running on Symbian
even if the native side supports this (Sym^3 and 5th Edition devices).
This task adds support for QWidgets having QS60Style. The tactile
feedback has been implemented as a plugin that the style loads when
instantiating itself for touch devices. NOTE that the feedback
is NOT supported by the emulated style, nor is the plugin interface
public, so it cannot be used outside of style.
The implementation is simplistic, since we only want to provide
stop-gap solution until 4.8 when real Qt feedback implementation
is ready. The implementation will only give feedback for touch-down
events for visible, interactive and enabled widgets. Sliders and
scrollbars will use sensitive feedback (slightly less aggressive)
and all others will use basic feedback. Note that Sym^3 adds tens
of different feedback categories, which this plugin ignores
as we want to share the same implementation for Sym^3 and 5th ed.
In distributed Qt package there is no tactile feedback for 5th edition,
due to package creation limitations. Support can be added manually by
re-compiling Qt on top of 5th Edition SDK.

Configure parameter -qtlibinfix will now change also plugin names
of plugins built and installed with Qt in Symbian.
Default plugin path is changed to: /resource/qt<libinfix>/plugins.
Other plugins besides the ones installed with Qt are not renamed.
With infixed configuration, Qt can be installed on a phone that already
has a Qt installed on ROM without interfering with the ROM version of
Qt.
Note that since s60main.rsc resource cannot deployed with infixed Qt,
and infixing it is somewhat problematic, currently the phone needs
to have proper Qt installation, too, for infixed Qt to work.
It also means that any changes to Qt that would affect s60main.rsc
cannot be tested on real device using infixed builds. Since this file
is unlikely to need changing, this should not be a big problem.

Subscribing to the locale change notification to be able to update the
system locale whenever the user changes the current system locale.
Also changed the initialization of the system locale to make construction of
the QLocale object as lightweight as possible. So now the default contructor
just creates a QLocale and QSystemLocale objects, but doesn't try to fill the
cache in the latter with data from the system and postpones it until it is
actually requested (most applications create QLocale objects on the stack and
might not even use the data from the system locale, so we don't need to
initialize system locale right away).

S60 3.1 plugin returned empty strings for the unsupported APIs
Since these APIs are needed for the most common use case of converting
a QDateTime to a QString using the local format, I have implemented an
emulation of the missing APIs using older APIs that are supported.
Updated the autotest so it does some sanity checking on the result of
local date/time conversion - it would pass instead of fail if the string
was garbage before.

It seems that the use of QT_TRYCATCH_LEAVING, which expands to
...catch(const std::exception&)... requires access to the typeinfo for
std::exception. This cannot be found in any import library (probably an
OpenC defect). But this workaround creates the necessary info for the
link. Otherwise this change has no effect.

This is more a cleanup of the usage of Q_WS_S60 vs. Q_OS_SYMBIAN than
anything else. One of the side effects of this work was that it was
relatively little work to get QtGui compiling when Q_WS_S60 is not
defined.
Based on this we introduce two new configure options that control S60
integration. Currently the -no-s60 option will not work entirely
because the 's60main' module has not yet been refactored and still has
a dependancy on the S60 libraries.
