Before commit 88ecc8c8250505129ccff2660c60412996e2fd85, this case was handled
during the mouse release event, but was responsible for selections being made
twice sometimes. We now check whether a selection actually happened during
the mouse press event. If not, we will try to select again during the mouse
release event. Auto-test included.

When making a rubber band selection while Control is pressed in an
itemview with extended selection, make sure that the selection state
of the items inside the rubber band is toggled.

For the QFontMetrics test, the different way of computing the with of a
text returs different value (1 to 2 pixel difference).
So we need to make sure to use the same way to compute the with that the
one used to ellide.

This commit fixes some issues which occur when pressing the Shift key
while selecting items (new unit tests included):
1. The offset of the visible area is missing at one point in
QAbstractItemView::keyPressEvent, causing Shift-Arrow selection to fail
if the view is scrolled down.
2. Shift-click and Shift-Arrow selection fail after a rubberband
selection because d->pressedPosition does not correspond to a valid
QModelIndex.
The problems have been found in Dolphin:

The way font propagation work has changed since 4.4: When there is a
stylesheet enabled, font does not propagate.
So when settings a font to the QAbstractItemView, the viewport font will
not change, and hence no QEvent::FontChange on it.
So catch the QEvent::FontChange in QAbstractItemView::event in addition
to QAbstractItemView::viewportEvent. (we seems to use the view's font
everywhere anyway)
