When calling heightforWidth after a geometry change, the width actually used
could be outside the widget's width bounds. The height could then be smaller
than needed to fit the widget's contents resulting in a clipped widget being
drawn. Auto-test included.

The S60 style posts a LayoutRequest event when a widget is shown, so
that it can draw the focus rectangle around the widget that has keyboard
focus.
Although lay2->setGeometry was working correctly, processEvents() caused
the outer layout to be re-laid out (which expands the inner layout and
QDial to fill the available space).
The processEvents() call is not necessary for the test case, so it can
be removed.

Changing a style on a widget should invalidate the widget's layout,
since the layouts spacings and margins may depend on the style.
One optimization could be to check to see if the spacing and margins
have changed due to the style change, but the old style is not available
in changeEvent, so we'll keep it simple for now.
