- Replace Nokia contact email address with Qt Project website.
- Remove "All rights reserved" line from license headers.
As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

Some autotests had else:integrity { patrs that defined SRCDIR so that
those tests were unrunnable on INTEGRITY. This patch removes those
defines.

SRCDIR is not parsed the same way due to the different qmake generation process.
furthermore, the full host path doesn't seem like a good idea to use for the path of the target filesystem.
Use "/" as default.

If we're not allowed to fail here with -no-exceptions, we shouldn't
throw either so just check the return value from qRealloc and be done
with it.
Also changed the test case so it doesn't expect bad_alloc being thrown;
the test data now gets properly initialized...

qUncompress shouldn't crash when running out of memory, since it might deal
with buffers which are not under user control (same behavior as Qt 4.5).
It will however throw a std::bad_alloc exception if Qt is compiled with
exception handling.
