- Replace Nokia contact email address with Qt Project website.
- Remove "All rights reserved" line from license headers.
As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

QIcon auto-tests by default use various sizes of standard icons.
Unfortunately, only 32 times 32 are included in Symbian Qt release
(to make binaries smaller and save some RAM).
Fix auto-tests to use 32*32 on Symbian.

We do not officially support static loading of icons.
In fact they still crash for simple png cases due to missing
X11 resources. But since we lazily create themed icons
we can certainly avoid the crash in this case. You will
not be able to use fallbacks here though, since we cannot
know if a fallback should be used or not in this case.

Cetest (and other programs that upload dlls manually without using a
package) need to deploy some plugins for specific tests. If those
tests are deployed in a normal package however, the installation will
fail because the plugins are already included in the Qt installation.
Fixed that by putting the deployment inside a scope that cetest will
define.

The test tries to load a file from an unsuported format.
The problem is that tga is a supported format if KDE plugins are installed
It is unlikely that cpp will ever be a supported image format

Instead of using different paths on Mac and Windows we now simply
use ":\icons" on all platforms. It is a little more effort to create
resources but it is certainly the Qt way to do it. :)

Added some static functions to QIcon to support desktop
themes based on the freedesktop spec. It is not intended to
replace KIcon and the intention is to use it when available to
share icon cache between applications.
Applications currently using icon themes are Assistant, Designer
and the textedit demo.
