Some values (timeouts) could be trimmed to be the same as on
the other platforms.
Others are different as we have to remember that Symbina is
embedded pltform and that usually tests run in the emulator.
Things need more time then.

HTTP Pipelining should improve the performance of HTTP requests
for high latency network links. Since some servers/proxies could
have problems with it, it is disabled by default.
Set the HttpPipeliningAllowed attribute of a QNetworkRequest
to enable it for that request.

Running under valgrind and slow operating systems, the transfer rate is

it should still work
Also, don't kill the thread, for any reason. That causes trouble.

This makes Qt work on VxWorks 6.6+ in native (kernel) mode.
* compiles with the WindRiver GNU toolchain (Linux only)
* works with QWS (tested with the VNC driver only)
* tested on PPC hardware and the x86 VxWorks simulator
* no q3support, no phonon, no webkit
* no QSharedMemory, no QSystemSemaphore, no QProcess
* only one QApplication instance (flat address space)
* filesystem support depends heavily on the quality of the native driver
* QLibrary is just a dummy to make plugins work at all
* qmake transparently creates VxWorks munching rules for static ctors
* made auto-test cope with missing OS features
A special note regarding the Q_FOREACH patch for dcc:
when calling foreach(a,c) with c being a function returning a container,
the compiler would generate 5 references to some labels (.LXXXX), which
are not there (so the linker complains in the end).
Seems like dcc doesn't really like the 'true ? 0 : <function call to get type>'
statement

the same method was also added to QSslSocket.
previously, it was only possible to ignore all SSL errors; now, it is
also possible to only ignore specific SSL errors, given by a QList of
QSslErrors.
Moreover, it is possible to call this newly added method right after
connecting, not just when we get the SSL error.

-developer-build, part 2.
Some autotests use private (unexported) code, either because they're
testing private classes or because that's the easiest way to test
the public classes. Configuring Qt with `-developer-build' is needed
for these tests.
This commit fixes the tests so configuring without `-developer-build'
only builds the tests which strictly use public API.

While downloadProgress and uploadProgress both work on local files.
There still may be a delay before the connection is actually picked up.
This usually is caught by the processEvents(), but could be missed.
Therefore, do a wait if we don't have any pending connections and work
in ALL cases.
