Use the infrastructure introduced in commit
8d74ef15220e778bc93fcae2fa072c3615f52dfa to make the test
use external configuration files for defining skipped tests
and expected failures.
Get rid of a lot of code that was previously duplicated from
qscriptv8testsuite.

Complement previous commit by aligning Qt itself to use .files
consistently for DEPLOYMENT as well as INSTALLS.

Large enough max heap for script tests is now defined by default
for all tests in qttest_p4.prf, so removed the statements from
individual script tests.
