- Replace Nokia contact email address with Qt Project website.
- Remove "All rights reserved" line from license headers.
As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

Some autotests had else:integrity { patrs that defined SRCDIR so that
those tests were unrunnable on INTEGRITY. This patch removes those
defines.

SRCDIR is not parsed the same way due to the different qmake generation process.
furthermore, the full host path doesn't seem like a good idea to use for the path of the target filesystem.
Use "/" as default.

Using Q_ASSERT does nothing in release-mode builds, and in debug builds
it causes tests to terminate prematurely. It is much better to use
QVERIFY or QCOMPARE.

The next character after a boundary is at pos, not pos + 1. Also
consider whether the previous and next character are whitespace in
combination when determing word boudaries otherwise positions between
whitespace characters will return both StartWord and EndWord.
And since there's no need to look ahead one character don't shortcut`
the regular logic for the boundary before the last character.

QTextBoundaryFinder was not consistent with ICU.

The previous definition of a line break was that the index
in the string after which the line break should occur.
Now it is the index of the boundary at which the break should
occur (hence one more).
