The W3C online markup validation test verifies that <br/> is indeed
valid XHTML and <br /> is also valid so this ensures that this case is
accounted for.
The existing test was expanded to accout for each of these cases.

The test I wrote was not testing if calling undo/redo had any effect
on emitting undoCommandAdded(), added these test cases and fixed the
QTextDocumentPrivate::endEditBlock so we now again emit only when an
undo command is added, not also on calling undo or redo.

If a QTextDocument contains an anchor with a & in it, this & is not
escaped in the toHtml() function, meaning the resulting document
can't be parsed as XML as it will contain invalid entities.

The test was introduced to make sure that the cursor position changed signal
was not emitted excessively on setPlainText or on setHtml. The original
fix however still included one superfluous emission for a temporary
QTextCursor object. This was fixed by change 930ba91ec1e630, this change
adjusts the auto test accordingly.

The revision was bound to the current depth of the undo stack. This
had the negative side effect, that equal revisions could point to
different documents, and sometimes changes would not even increase
the revision (in the case of undo command merging).

The fontSizeAdjustment defaulted to 0 which means "medium" in internal
semantics. This will override any font size you set in the short-hand.
In other locations, fontSizeAdjustment defaults to -255 which has no
meaning attached. To allow setting the font size in short-hand (as in
"font: 20px Arial"), we can't default to a specific adjustment.
Two tests are added: The first verifies the case that already worked,
where you specify the font size using the "font-size" property. The
other verifies the short-hand case and would previously fail.

When we export a bulleted list to HTML, we add a meta-block around the
list items to set the bullet style of the list (<ul> or <ol>.) This
block will implicitly have a margin, even if the list itself does not
in the internal document. The result is that exporting a list to HTML
and then reloading it will give a different apperance, because the 0
margin of the original was not saved. The fix is to always set the
meta-block's margin to 0, since it is only there to set the bullet
style and should not affect the layout at all.

Test a newly discovered bug when a beginEditBlock()/endEditoBlock()
contains only one single insertion command. It should still be treated
as an undo block of its own.

We set the document's page size to be large enough to contain an
image which is 100 pixels wide and one, but not two, instances of the
word 'Foobar'. We then render HTML which contains a string with repeated
occurrences of the word 'Foobar' next to a floating, right-aligned image
which is 100 pixels wide. The layout should break on word boundaries,
since this is the default in QTextDocument, and thus each text line
should contain one instance of the word 'Foobar'.
