The reason is that it is using accessebility, which is not yet
implemented in Qt/Cocoa. This patch just removes the test, and
reimplements it using the native events test instead, which
is a better solution anyway.

The reason turns out to be that we:
1. Half-way fake mouse events from QCursor::setPos
2. Don't fake mouse move upon mouse enter unless traking is on
The test failed when mouse trackin was on, so that we ended up
faking the same mouse move event twize (in QCursor::setPos and
mouseEnter). We now do a different implementation for setPos on
cocoa (so that native events will be generated), and always
fake a mouse move event from mouse enter to make tooltips (and
other event filters) work

When we compute the angle delta we can't use qFuzzyCompare as it will
cause slightly negative deltas to be snapped to 0, causing the winged
edge builder to put path edges in the wrong order.

Rules like "Foo { border: 2px solid; }" does not specify the border color.
When the border color is not specified, it is assumed to be black.
When reading the brush value from the cache, we should take that
into account.
Note that this logic cannot be moved into brushFromData() as it is different
for the background. (when no color is specified, it is assumed to be transparent)

This commit add a extension object to bring the anchors property for
a QGraphicsWidget. The actual implement uses a separate object for storing
the anchor pointer. In the future it would be nice if the extension object
is the anchor itself. Also there are two connects extra for QGraphicsWidget
one can perhaps disappear with a later commit. Only baseline case is not
supported because QGraphicsWidget don't have any concept of baseline.
