Some test very corrected, the low level file descriptor tests mostly
skipped as well as the multiple memory mapping of a file, which resulted
in the file handle not beeign properly released.

Prevent crashing when asking for a source pixmap in logical coordinates
and PadToEffectiveBoundingRect mode. Also, change the expected values
for the test that uses LogicalCoordinates and
PadToEffectiveBoundingRect mode to reflect that the boundingRectFor()
function applies padding in device coordinates (and in this case there
is a scale by 2 when drawing the effect).

Removing a pixmap from the pixmap cache using the new QPixmapCache::Key
API left the keys dangling in the QCache's internal QHash. The problem
is that the Key is invalidated as soon as the QPixmapCacheEntry is
destroyed, thus removing it from the hash failed. Reordering the
destruction of the object and the removal of the key in QHash fixes the
problem.

QGraphicsEffect::boundingRectFor() needs the source bounding rect in
device coordinates. This patch fixes the documentation to reflect this,
and fixes some internal usage of boundingRectFor() to ensure it always
gets the device rect of the source.

The crash was because of the dangling pointer set on the tabFocusFirst
attribute in QGraphicsScene. A child which was the tabFocusFirst was
removed from the scene and fixFocusChainBeforeReparenting was setting the
new tabFocusFirst pointer to the parent (since in that example it was
the focusNext) but later on the parent was removed also from the scene
(due to the recursion of removeItem if you call it with the parent :
first children, then the parent itself) and
fixFocusChainBeforeReparenting was not called again so if you delete
the parent then the scene has the dangling pointer set.

Block changes in different selections happens quite frequently with
Qt Creator, e.g. when renaming local variables. This test tests the
desired cursor position behaviour: after an undo, the cursor should be
where it was when the block operation started. After a redo, the cursor
should be where it was after the block operation ended.

On symbian this generates errors as the build file generation

readPiecewise() is assuming an empty valueCache when reading a new row.
setForwardOnly(true) means that only one row is used/re-used. The value
cache wasn't being cleared out when moving to a new row, so the above

RApaLsSession based implementation did not succeed to start music
player in some S60 devices to playing mode. The only found solution to
this problem was to start using CDocumentHandler based implementation.
CDocumentHandler adds a new S60 dependency, but it is needed to make
QDesktopServices APIs fully fuonctional. However if Qt is comfigured
without S60 we still fallback to RApaLsSession implementation.
With CDocumentHandler the files are also opened as embedded, due to the
fact that swicthing files in stand-alone mode would require SwEvent
capability.

realpath() crashes on mac if the input file path is the root ("/") - on 10.6
calling a free on the returned value shows a warning saying the memory was not
allocated. To workaround that just added a special case - if the input string
is '/', we don't need to use realpath as we already know that the path is
canonical.

The open() syscall can open directories for reading, which we
in QFile and file engines don't support. However, there is no need
for stat() to find out if it is a directory if we open() with a write
flag because then the syscall will fail anyway.

This reinstates the pre-4.6 behavior: A script-owned C++ object
that's not referenced anymore should be garbage collected, even
if it has connections. In order to achieve this, the "weak"
reference to the C++ object's wrapper must be invalidated.
