The quitNow flag needs to be reset at the beginning of exec() to allow
exec() to recurse and be run multiple times.
This changes reverts commit 816523117bc00cfeb17e347f7fe5f11278a5e871 an
introduces the QThreadPrivate::exited flag to fix the race between
start() and exit(), and QThreadPrivate::returnCode to make sure exec()
returns the code passed to exit().

The reason is that it is using accessebility, which is not yet
implemented in Qt/Cocoa. This patch just removes the test, and
reimplements it using the native events test instead, which
is a better solution anyway.

The reason turns out to be that we:
1. Half-way fake mouse events from QCursor::setPos
2. Don't fake mouse move upon mouse enter unless traking is on
The test failed when mouse trackin was on, so that we ended up
faking the same mouse move event twize (in QCursor::setPos and
mouseEnter). We now do a different implementation for setPos on
cocoa (so that native events will be generated), and always
fake a mouse move event from mouse enter to make tooltips (and
other event filters) work

Many of the steps in the tst_mediaobject suite (a) check that the
MediaObject is in StoppedState at the start of the step and (b) call
stopPlayback() at the end. If, however, a QTest check fails during
the test, stopPlayback may not be called. This patch adds a call to
MediaObject::stop() in the suite's init() function.
This is a symptom of a wider problem with this test suite, namely that
it re-uses a single instance of Phonon::MediaObject for all steps. Given
the highly stateful nature of MediaObject, this can lead to test steps
failing due to some state which was erroneously carried forward from an
earlier step. While this test suite design may more faithfully
represent real-world usage of Phonon, it makes tracking down the root
causes of test failures needlessly difficult.

Fix a bug in malayalam shaping
See http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-1887.
We were not finding the base character correctly in the case
where the syllable contained a ZWJ.
In addition, the indic OT specs require us to also apply the 'loca',
'cjct' and 'calt' features. They seem to be mostly unused by todays
fonts, but we should better apply them anyways.

This property complements Component.onCompleted. It is emitted before
the destruction actually begins (for the most part) so the objects are
still alive and accessible.
The QtObject.onDestroyed signal is now blocked as it never really worked
properly anyway.
