furthermore, the full host path doesn't seem like a good idea to use for the path of the target filesystem.

There are lots of buggy SSL servers around and to connect to them you
need to disable various features. This commit adds the ability to
disable the SSL ticket extension, the ability to disable the insertion
of empty fragments, and the ability to disable compression.

This reverts commit cf17b743d2fe84ab259b7232ab07b58a1872e18e, which
changed QMutex to use a Mach semaphore_t on Mac OS X. We now use
pthread_mutex_t on Mac OS X as well. Contention performance is mostly
unchanged, but the new constructionQMutex() benchmark added in this
commit shows that creating/destroying a semaphore_t is about 20 times
slower than pthread_mutex_t.

Checking constraining facets for double failed if enumeration
restriction had values INF or NaN.
There were two issues that caused validation to fail:
- wrong conversion function was used when constraining facets for
double are checked, which caused values to be in lower case
- case when both restriction and default value are NaN was not
handled correctly

QLine contained a number of places where conversions and calculations
were done as double where qreal should have been used instead. This
is caused by the use of raw floating point literals. The fix is to
construct the literals as qreal. The angle conversions are simplified
to reduce the risk of a growing loss of precision from this change.
On Symbian, where qreal is float, this gives a 5-10% performance
improvement to the affected functions, as tested by a new benchmark
test. The auto tests pass, these contain precision tests which indicates
that there is no significant loss of precision with this change.
On Windows, where qreal is double, this has no significant effect on
performance.

tst_qobjectrace had some of its tests disabled for Symbian builds
because they were not working with Symbian's event dispatcher.
Retesting with Qt 4.8, which has a new event dispatcher, shows that
they are now working. The tests are re-enabled again. They ran
successfully on E7, N8 and emulator many times without crashing.

A security fix to QUrl that causes it to no longer interpret URLs
without scheme as local files broke QTextBrowser test case. Added the
necessary "file" schemes to URLs used in the test.
Also added a mention about necessity of using "file" scheme to
QTextBrowser documentation.

QPluginLoader::instance() didn't increase loading refcount if another
QPluginLoader had already loaded the plugin. This meant that if the
another QPluginLoader subsequently unloaded the plugin, the instance
would be destroyed even if the second loader still wanted to use it.
Also improved the tst_QPluginLoader::deleteinstanceOnUnload() test case
to test more combinations of deletion order and explicit/implicit
loading.

When using either the opengl or openvg graphics system on Symbian,
if a TLW is made transparent, the widget switches to using raster
rendering, because EGL surface transparency is currently not
supported by the platform.
This patch enables the reverse to occur: when the widget is
subsequently made opaque, rendering switches back to using GL/VG.

QLineControl does not emit selectionChanged() signal when
selection is changed due to handling of input method query.
As a fix, the signal is emitted when internal values for selection
end and beginning are changed in processInputMethodEvent().
Additionally, added deselect() test case for both QDeclarativeTextEdit
and QDeclarativeTextInput to help out autotesting of text selections.
Note that there are some differences in the QLineControl and QTextControl
implementations. This causes the different signal counts even if the
test steps are similar.

The QML import path contains an entry for the standard
import location on each drive on Symbian. These were
being ordered so that Z:, the ROM drive, was listed
first. In fact the drive order was the reverse of the
normal Symbian drive search order. This had the effect
that upgraded versions of QML imports installed on
the device were generally ignored for older ROM based
versions.
The import path has now been changed to match the normal
Symbian drive search order. This will make it more likely
for upgraded QML imports to be picked up and used.
