Previously, if QSqlField's QVariant value had type "invalid", this
caused the field to be omitted in data-changing SQL statements generated
from QSqlRecord edit buffers.
Complaints against this mechanism:
- It precludes initializing value type to field type, which would
otherwise seem sensible and useful, such as when using model.data() in
contexts where the field type is not readily available.
- QSqlField::clear() does initialize value type to match field type and
so is incompatible with this mechanism.
- Problems such as described in QTBUG-13211.
- Unwanted distinction between "invalid" and "null" when mapping field
values to SQL values.
- QSqlField's generated flag already provides a mechanism for
controlling SQL generation.
These complaints are redressed here by replacing this mechanism with
reliance on QSqlField's generated flag. The flag is initialized to false
in new edit records and set to true when a value is set. Applications
can still manipulate generated flags directly to control SQL generation.
Generation of SELECT statements already used the generated flag and is
unaffected by this change.

Remove the padding QLineControl::cursorRect() adds for region updates.
QGraphicsView also grew the rectangle by returning the bounding rect
of the transformed rectangle which is fixed by using the same transform
for QRect as is used for QRectF.

The next character after a boundary is at pos, not pos + 1. Also
consider whether the previous and next character are whitespace in
combination when determing word boudaries otherwise positions between
whitespace characters will return both StartWord and EndWord.
And since there's no need to look ahead one character don't shortcut`
the regular logic for the boundary before the last character.

Currently we only pass the num_glyphs for the run to
HB_ShapeItem, but it can be less then the string length
for this run because of Unicode surrogates. Thus, we need
to pass at least the length of that run as num_glyphs to
HB (given that we have enough space allocated because for
the entire string), if that's still not enough, we will
do ensureSpace again according to the num_glyphs returned
by HB and move remaining glyphs backwards.

QFtp autotests crashes, if tst_QFtp::binaryAscii test case fails with
network time out. Then QFtp won't be deleted and its signal-slot
connections won't be disconnected. In the beginning of the next test
case QFtp pointer is set to 0, but during the case, a signal from the
previous case comes and is tried to be handled using the already nulled
pointer -> app crashes. Fix makes sure that QFtp pointer is always
deleted properly after each test case.

The QMutex benchmark contains benchmarks for the native mutex type.
It was using pthread_mutex_t on Symbian, which isn't the true native
mutex type and so isn't really representative of true native
performance. Now it uses RMutex.
