Revert "Revert the integration of the merge request 2286."
This reverts commit e3edad83a1e6e99a551d40d4118352435c6dd710.
This had been submitted in the Qt 4.7, but reverted because
the change was to intrusive to be pushed in a stable branch.
Now re-apply the change in master.

Whatever this is doing, it breaks the build on Windows CE/Mobile. This
has stopped oslo-staging-1 from integrating for over a week now.
Not reviewed. This patch is a blind attempt at fixing the issue.

This adds a -no-gui switch to configure, allowing to build Qt without
QtGui and components depending on QtGui.
This is useful on headless servers, and in using QtCore, QtNetwork,
QtXml, QtSql etc. on platforms QtGui hasn't been ported to yet.

Lighthouse is a lighter, nimbler version of Qt/Embedded, which does not
contain a window system. Instead, it uses graphics system plugins to
provide the necessary functionality or interface with existing window
systems.
The first version was written by Rhys.
Squashed commit.

When running an application with graphics system trace everything that
gets painted to the window surface is proxied through a QPaintBuffer,
which is then both streamed to a trace file and replayed on a raster
window surface. The trace file can then be replayed with
tools/qttracereplay to measure pure painting performance.

This patch adds support for keymaps to the QWSKeyboardHandler. The keymaps
can be generated by the kmap2qmap tool (see tools/ directory). The source
keymaps can be standard Linux .kmap files.
Changes to Qt:
* completely refactored the Tty and Usb (now known as LinuxInput) handlers
* removed the LinuxIS plugin (handled by LinuxInput now)
* removed support for iPAQ, EBX and Zylonite keypads (obsolete hardware)
* removed support for RAW tty mode. This could be re-added, for non-Linux
systems by implementing a PC/AT scan-code to Linux keycode converter.
New features for Tty and LinuxInput (ex Usb) handlers:
* support for keymaps
QWS_KEYBOARD=..:keymap=/path/to/x.qmap:..
* support for dead keys and the compose key
* support for lock LEDs
* support for key repeat rates (in ms):
QWS_KEYBOARD=..:repeat-delay=x:repear-rate=y:..
* the default keymap supports latin1 composing via AltGr:
QWS_KEYBOARD=..:enable-compose:..
* ctrl+alt+backspace application zapping can be disabled:
QWS_KEYBOARD=..:disable-zap:..
* added virtual filter functions to both the Tty and the LinuxInput
handlers. (QWSKeyboardHandler::processKeycode should be virtual in the
first place, but that would be BIC)
Still missing:
* extended documentation for QWS_KEYBOARD
