From f31dfc682402396e35dffd8952eb5ced8f6b4030 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Shane Kearns Date: Tue, 22 Mar 2011 17:46:39 +0000 Subject: Fix event loop hangs caused by async QHostInfo Declaring iStatus in a derived class hides the iStatus in CActive. This confuses the active scheduler (which is using CActive::iStatus) and would in a normal symbian application have caused a stray signal panic. However as Qt's event loop integration uses CActiveScheduler::RunIfReady instead of the normal CActiveScheduler::Start the panic does not happen. Instead the thread semaphore gets messed up and causes problems.
