Updates to Configure Context man.section.
* Finish() is no longer listed in the SConf.Finish form, as it is only
a context method. Same for Define().
* Added the CheckProg method, which is the only one of the default_tests
set not listed in the manpage - it was already in the User Guide.
* CheckTypeSize is listed together with CheckType for easier finding.
* Slight rewording of a few methods.
* Added some markup to make live links to referenced elements.
* Added clarification that the CheckContext is not the same as the
configure context after some recent user confusion on that point.
