Support for keyword arguments (PyArg_ParseTupleAndKeywords) donated by
Geoff Philbrick <philbric@delphi.hks.com> (slightly changed by me).
Also a little change to make the file acceptable to K&R C compilers
(HPUX, SunOS 4.x).
