Moved author and date to boilerplate.tex.
Added copyright.tex to all files.
Added descr of check_interval to libsys.tex.
Corrected lotsa typos in tut.tex (thanks to George M. Sipe).
Corrected mktuple (should be newtupleobject) example in ext.tex.
