asyncio: sync with Tulip

- Tulip issue #181: Faster create_connection(). Call directly
  waiter.set_result() in the constructor of _ProactorBasePipeTransport and
  _SelectorSocketTransport, instead of using of delaying the call with
  call_soon().
- Cleanup iscoroutine()
