bpo-43013: Fix old tkinter module names in idlelib (GH-24326)

Lowercase 'tkColorChooser', 'tkFileDialog', 'tkSimpleDialog', and
'tkMessageBox' and remove 'tk'.  Just lowercase 'tkFont' as 'font'
is already used.  Adjust import.
