* calendar.py: all libC functionality now moved to built-in time module
* imghdr.py: added jpeg recognition
* torgb.py: added jpeg conversion
* tzparse.py: use functions from time instead of calendar
* whatsound.py: add /ufs/guido/biin/sgi to $PATH when calling 'whatsound'
