bpo-9678: Fix determining the MAC address in the uuid module. (#4264)
* Using ifconfig on NetBSD and OpenBSD. * Using arp on Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD and OpenBSD. Based on patch by Takayuki Shimizukawa.
