bpo-29463: Add docstring field to some AST nodes. (#46)
* bpo-29463: Add docstring field to some AST nodes.
ClassDef, ModuleDef, FunctionDef, and AsyncFunctionDef has docstring
field for now. It was first statement of there body.
* fix document. thanks travis!
* doc fixes
