Implement itertools.groupby()
Original idea by Guido van Rossum.
Idea for skipable inner iterators by Raymond Hettinger.
Idea for argument order and identity function default by Alex Martelli.
Implementation by Hye-Shik Chang (with tweaks by Raymond Hettinger).
