Cleanup unicodeobject.c
* Remove micro-optization:
(errors == "surrogateescape" || strcmp(errors, "surrogateescape") == 0).
Only use strcmp()
* Initialize 'arg' members in unicode_format_arg() to help the compiler to
diagnose real bugs and also make the code simpler to read
