Patch by Vladimir Marangozov, inspired by a bug report from Gary
Duzan, for AIX, to support C++ objects with static initializers, when
using the genuine IBM C++ compiler (namely xlC/xlC_r).
See accompanying patches to acconfig.h and importdl.c.
