Python 2.6 one, since the intention is to keep an unified 2.x/3.x
codebase.
The Python code is automatically translated using "2to3". Please, do not
update this code in Python 3.0 by hand. Update the 2.6 one and then do
"2to3".

There's one major and one minor category still unfixed:
doctests are the major category (and I hope to be able to augment the
refactoring tool to refactor bona fide doctests soon);
other code generating print statements in strings is the minor category.
(Oh, and I don't know if the compiler package works.)

Not all code has been fixed yet; this is just a checkpoint...
The C API still has PyDict_HasKey() and _HasKeyString(); not sure
if I want to change those just yet.

Adds support for building and installing bsddb3 in python2.3 that has
an older version of this module installed as bsddb without conflicts.
The pybsddb.sf.net build/packaged version of the module uses a
dynamicly loadable module called _pybsddb rather than _bsddb.
