* Merge p3yk branch with the trunk up to revision 45595. This breaks a fairThomas Wouters2006-04-211-256/+310
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | number of tests, all because of the codecs/_multibytecodecs issue described here (it's not a Py3K issue, just something Py3K discovers): http://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-dev/2006-April/064051.html Hye-Shik Chang promised to look for a fix, so no need to fix it here. The tests that are expected to break are: test_codecencodings_cn test_codecencodings_hk test_codecencodings_jp test_codecencodings_kr test_codecencodings_tw test_codecs test_multibytecodec This merge fixes an actual test failure (test_weakref) in this branch, though, so I believe merging is the right thing to do anyway.
* Fix the superficial augmented-assignment tests to deal with true division.Thomas Wouters2006-04-151-6/+15
| | | | | | Add (equally superficial) >>=/<<= test in the process. Relies on floats that should be extremely close to the int '6' printing as '6.0', but I believe that's a valid assumption ;P
* Get rid of remnants of integer divisionNeal Norwitz2006-03-241-21/+9

* Add tests for augmented floor divisionJeremy Hylton2001-08-291-0/+24

* Make reindent.py happy (convert everything to 4-space indents!).Fred Drake2000-10-231-101/+99

* Support for augmented assignment in the UserList, UserDict, UserString andThomas Wouters2000-08-241-0/+232
rfc822 (Addresslist) modules. Also a preliminary testcase for augmented assignment, which should actually be merged with the test_class testcase I added last week.
