Optimize PyList_AsTuple(). Improve cache performance by doing the
pointer copy and object increment in one pass. For small lists,
save the overhead of the call to memcpy() -- this comes up in
calls like f(*listcomp).

The patch fixes some of the problems on Windows. It doesn't introduce
addition problems on Linux.

There's one major and one minor category still unfixed:
doctests are the major category (and I hope to be able to augment the
refactoring tool to refactor bona fide doctests soon);
other code generating print statements in strings is the minor category.
(Oh, and I don't know if the compiler package works.)

a junk directory behind that caused 4 other tests to fail later. Now
it cleans up after itself, and the 4 bogus later failures don't happen.
