Fix support of STRING and GLOBAL opcodes with non-ASCII arguments in
:mod:`pickletools`. :func:`pickletools.dis` now outputs non-ASCII bytes in
STRING, BINSTRING and SHORT_BINSTRING arguments as escaped (``\xXX``).
