The ``PY_SSIZE_T_CLEAN`` macro must now be defined to use
:c:func:`PyArg_ParseTuple` and :c:func:`Py_BuildValue` formats which use ``#``:
``es#``, ``et#``, ``s#``, ``u#``, ``y#``, ``z#``, ``U#`` and ``Z#``.
