Add support for ``%T``, ``%T#``, ``%N`` and ``%N#`` formats to
:c:func:`PyUnicode_FromFormat`: format the fully qualified name of an object
type and of a type: call :c:func:`PyType_GetModuleName`. See :pep:`737` for
