Merge pull request #1 in ~VCHOI/my_hdf5_fork from ~BMRIBLER/version_bounds_bmr:bugfix/version_bounds to bugfix/version_bounds
Added gen_bounds.c to generate data files for version bounds testing in 1.8 and 1.6.
