[svn-r7156] Purpose: Maintenance
Description: When make install prefix=NEW_DIR is used to specify
new location for the installed HDF5 library, h5redeploy
should be used to fix h5cc, etc. scripts. INSTALL file
suggested to fix scripts by hand.
Solution: Modified instructions to use h5redeploy.
Platforms tested: verbena
