[svn-r1474] ./bin/h5vers [1.3]
Added `use strict' and declared some variables.
./bin/trace [1.2, 1.3]
Added definitions for H5D_operator_t, H5MM_allocate_t, and
H5MM_free_t and regenerated tracing calls for the affected API
functions.
