[svn-r17380] Description:
Bring r17376 from trunk to 1.8 branch:
Make similar change to windows VFD as sec2 VFD, when converting from
a family file to a single file.
Tweak file sizes expected for parallel tests.
Tested on:
FreeBSD/32 6.3 (duty) w/debug
