[svn-r7003] Purpose:
Code cleanup/new features.
Description:
Clean up whitespace & formatting.
Make the -S (simple) output display a dataset's modification time in UTC
rather than local timezone.
Display variable-length datatype information.
Simplified & enhanced bitfield datatype information displayed.
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.8 (sleipnir)
