Purpose:
Removing functions that have been removed from library.
Solution:
Removed H5Pget_driver, H5P[gs]et_stdio, H5P[gs]et_sec2,
H5P[gs]et_core, H5P[gs]et_split, H5P[gs]et_family,
H5P[gs]et_mpi, and H5P[gs]et_xfer.
