Code optimization
Description:
Retarget metadata cache code from using TBBT routines to using new skiplist
routines, for a reasonable speedup (when dealing with dirty metadata)
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.10 (sleipnir) w/parallel
Solaris 2.7 (arabica)
Too minor to require h5committest
