Purpose: Bug fix.
Description: When I added support for filters, I forgot to add
fortan man pages file to the MANIFEST file.
When I run chkmanifest, I discovered that there was also
a typo ( ./dac/Makefile.in instead of ./doc/Makefile.in )
Solution: added ./doc/html/fortran/h5z_FORTRAN.html and chnages "a" to "o"
Platforms tested: arabica with bin/chkmanifest
