Purpose:
Bug Fix
Description:
Users could not trace MPI programs when library wasn't compiled for
parallel execution
Solution:
Allow Pablo Trace library to set the processor number and generate
the filenames for each processor.
Platforms tested:
Sun Workstation, HP VClass, Irix 64
