Purpose:
   Update some descriptions for the install file
Description:
Solution:
    1) add a note for building library: users can also use batch build to build lib.
    2) add a warning note for h5toh4 autotest crude script so that
       users may carefully input parameters.
Platforms tested:
    doesn't have to be tested.
