[svn-r17418] Maintenance: At some point the part of the file was lost; restored.
I am cheking in the file and then will test different scripts to make sure that they do not destroy the file. (I've already tested bin/h5vers and bin/release in 1.8 ). Similar check-in for 1.8 will follow.
