[svn-r26142] Updated autogen.sh so it works on OS-X. Note that this does require
installing the autotools via a package manager like Homebrew since
they are not installed with XCode.
Part of: HDFFV-9114
Tested on: OS-X 10.10.2 (Yosemite) with XCode 6.1.1
